I’m a writer and editor with more than a decade of professional experience in nonprofit and philanthropic communication. I specialize in values-driven storytelling, centering the people directly impacted by nonprofit organizations: students, patients, community members, donors, and clients.
Before I started nonprofit work, I studied journalism and taught middle school language arts and creative writing; words have always been the most useful tools in my toolbox. From investigative reporting to editing student identity poems, I believe that everyone has a story to tell…
